Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• Experience leading an accounting operations team.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with general ledger activities and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an accounting operations team, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Set clear expectations and goals for team members, monitor progress and evaluate performance.
• Assign, direct, and review daily work to maintain efficient workflow.
• Provide clear instructions and constructive feedback to team members for quality work.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Explain and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
