• 6+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience leading and coaching a team in accounting operations, finance operations, or transaction processing.
• Proven ability to assign and review work, manage priorities, and deliver weekly operational objectives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain policies and procedures clearly.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including implementing process changes with broad operational impact.
• Nice to have insurance industry experience.
