Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of approximately 10–12 colleagues with day-to-day guidance and mentorship
• Manage workflow, assign priorities, and monitor team performance to meet goals
• Set team goals and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support
• Review work for accuracy and timeliness according to procedures
• Serve as SME and escalation point for operational questions and complex issues
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth accounting operations
• Support high-volume activities during month-end close
• Identify process issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency
• Communicate accounting policies and processes clearly to team and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams; engage AP/AR teams for support
• Monitor operational results and take action to improve performance
