• Experience leading and coaching a team in accounting/finance operations or transaction-processing.
• Ability to assign, review work, manage priorities, and deliver weekly objectives.

• Problem-solving with broader operational impact and changes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team through coaching, guidance, and mentorship; set clear expectations and goals; monitor and evaluate performance.
• Lead, direct, and review work to maintain workflow and productivity, including assigning tasks based on skills and expertise and providing clear instructions and feedback.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, adapting communication style to audience and situation.
• Explain and reinforce policies, practices, and procedures within the area of responsibility; provide guidance to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Make impactful adjustments to procedures and processes to solve problems; analyze current processes and apply process improvement methodologies to enhance effectiveness.
• Solve complex operational issues by applying critical thinking, using experience, and analyzing broader impacts and the intent behind operating principles.
