Our client, a prestigious and rapidly growing private equity firm, is seeking a Senior Accounting & Operations Associate to join their team at their Fairfield, CT office. Responsibilities

1. Lead the preparation and review of financial statements for direct lending funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Perform NAV calculations for funds, reporting on fund performance.
3. Assist in preparing and presenting detailed fund reports for investors.
4. Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
5. Serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries related to fund performance and financial reporting.
6. Track and report on interest accruals, fees, and other investment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in Big 4 or private equity fund accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP or IFRS).
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Compensation

Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.
