Job summary

Greenvolt in the United States is seeking a Senior General Accounting & Financial Reporting leader to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the US entities. You will manage statutory financial statements, the group consolidation, and internal controls while coordinating with external auditors and tax advisers.

The role requires 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and SAP/Excel proficiency, with a preference for CPA accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years progressive accounting experience, including experience managing a close and reporting process.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, intercompany transactions, and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across US entities.
• Oversee statutory financial statements and US reporting packages, supporting group consolidation.
• Manage the financial close calendar with deadlines and deliverables.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead SAP implementation and optimization; drive internal controls and documentation standards.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with auditors and tax advisers.
• Lead 4–5 accounting professionals, ensuring high-quality performance and collaboration.
