Job summary

Attivo Partners, a San Francisco-based finance and accounting firm, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead hands-on accounting for multiple clients, including month-end close, AR/AP, payroll, and tax compliance.

You will manage general ledger activities, help prepare financial statements and management reports, and contribute to budgets and forecasts while mentoring junior staff. Travel to events is minimal but occasional.

Qualifications

• Solid GAAP knowledge and CPA preferred.
• Proven expertise with core accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
• Oversee AR/AP, payroll, and tax compliance for multiple clients.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Mentor junior staff and help establish policies.
