Job summary

The Housing Authority is seeking a senior accounting supervisor to manage general ledger, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting. You will supervise accounting staff and coordinate audits with federal, state, and local entities, while developing policies and procedures.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and experience with government accounting standards (GAAP, GASB) and HUD guidelines. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures; coordinate with other divisions and outside organizations.
