Job summary

PROENERGY’s AeroAdvantage division seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee project finance, close, and reporting from Houston. You will steer budgets, forecasts, and governance for aerospace projects, ensuring GAAP and ASC 606 compliance while leading a team of finance professionals.

You will partner with Sales, Project, Supply Chain, and Legal to drive profitability, cash flow, and risk management across multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in management.
• Deep understanding of Contract Accounting, Revenue Recognition, ASC 606, and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for AeroAdvantage projects.
• Develop KPI dashboards and drive continuous improvement in accounting processes.
• Support audits, controls, and ERP governance; mentor finance staff.
