asmglobal is seeking a Richmond Region Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and finance duties for three Legends Global Clients in the Richmond area. Responsibilities include monthly and annual financial reporting, coordinating audits, and mentoring staff.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge and experience with financial systems implementations, along with developing forecasts and budgets for each location. Salary range is $95,000–$115,000 with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting controls
• Experience coordinating external audits
• Ability to mentor and develop accounting staff

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for monthly and annual financial reporting across three client entities
• Coordinate annual audits with client external auditors
• Assist in implementing new accounting systems as needed
• Teach and mentor accounting and finance personnel
• Develop strong working relationships with client counterparts
• Learn industry-specific financial structures like event closings and show settlements
• Support DOF in developing forecast models and budgets for each location
• Build trusted advisory relationships with management teams at each location
• Help DOF develop CFO capabilities beyond accounting skills
• Serve as backup for DOF when necessary
• Handle other duties as assigned
