Job summary

Wilder Technologies, LLC, based in Vancouver, WA, seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and partner with site leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

The role reports to finance leadership and will supervise accounting staff, driving process improvements, standard-cost management, and close procedures in a manufacturing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Seven to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including manufacturing/tech.
• Prior experience supervising or leading an accounting team.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, cost and inventory accounting.
• Experience supporting monthly close, budgeting, forecasts, audits, and operational financial analysis.
• ERP experience; improving accounting systems, reporting, or workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and management reviews.
• Ensure general ledger accuracy per U.S. GAAP and Amphenol policies.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Partner with operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain on costs, margins, inventory and trends.
• Oversee standard cost maintenance, inventory valuation, variances, overhead, and obsolete inventory.
• Support budgets, planning, rolling forecasts, and capex analysis including ROI reviews.
• Maintain internal controls and COSO/SOX compliance, including testing and remediations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax, and corporate finance on schedules and information.
• Develop, document, and improve accounting processes, tools, and ERP workflows.
• Identify cost-reduction and working-capital opportunities, track progress with leaders.
• Lead and develop accounting staff with clear priorities and cross-training.
• Support finance integration and special projects across Wilder Technologies and Amphenol.
• Perform other duties and travel as required.
