Job summary

BNTO is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function as the company scales. You will work closely with leadership and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has CPA preference and 7+ years of accounting experience in consumer businesses with inventory accounting, plus deep knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• CPA strongly preferred or equivalent public accounting background.
• 7+ years of accounting experience in consumer businesses with inventory accounting.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and inventory accounting.
• Experience with modern accounting systems and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with leadership and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Support revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and related processes.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and service providers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and technology.
• Assist with financing activities and due diligence.
