Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a complex, global organization.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, accounting operations, and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Positive, collaborative, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger for Payroll, AP, and AR in Oracle Fusion.
• Partner with cross-functional and international teams to ensure data integrity across legal entities.
• Prepare account fluctuation analyses and investigate significant variances.
• Assess accounting implications of new arrangements, contracts, and systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive, rules-based activities; pursue AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish and maintain controls and documentation to support audit readiness.
• Identify ways to simplify and standardize processes and improve close efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting professionals for high performance.
