Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks an experienced accounting leader to own the general ledger accuracy for Payroll, AP, and AR in Oracle Fusion across entities. You will drive process improvements, automation, and regulatory compliance while partnering with IT, FP&A, Treasury, and other teams to support scalable, auditable controls.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent experience, 8+ years in global accounting, and strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a complex, global organization.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, accounting operations, and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Positive, collaborative, and adaptable leader in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger related to Payroll, AP, and AR in Oracle Fusion.
• Partner with cross-functional and international teams to ensure data integrity across legal entities.
• Prepare account fluctuation analyses and provide insights into balance sheet and P&L movements.
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, IT and others on new arrangements or initiatives.
• Identify repetitive activities and lead automation efforts, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish and maintain accounting processes, controls, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize accounting processes and improve close efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and mentor accounting professionals to foster accountability and high performance.
