Responsibilities

• Prepares various daily, monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports.
• Records routine or recurring transactions.
• Gathers, reviews, and analyzes general ledger information.
• Makes corrections to receive accurate report information.
• Oversees complex account reconciliations.
• Maintains general ledger accounts.
• Oversees monthly invoicing and accounts payable for tax treatment and reporting.
• Collaborates with departments to resolve accounting questions.
• Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development for direct reports.
