Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• MBA or Master of Accountancy preferred.
• CMAs/CPAs or related certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting/financial services experience required.
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounts payable, fixed assets, prepaid expenses and accruals, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Leads the accounting department, sets goals, and ensures timely reporting.
• Ensures compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with other departments and vendors; supports monthly close activities.
