Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to improve processes, support external audits, and provide senior-level financial insights. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of accounting experience, including 5+ in leadership, with a CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive accounting experience, with 3–5 years in leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting external audits and working with independent auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop, mentor, and coach members of the accounting team, fostering technical expertise and continuous improvement.
• Review complex accounting transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting matters and improve business processes.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls; assist with audits by providing documentation and responses to inquiries.
