Job summary

MCS Communication LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to independently lead the full accounting function of the organization. This role requires a self-directed professional capable of overseeing all financial operations, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

The Accounting Manager will serve as the primary financial lead within the company, responsible for maintaining integrity of all accounting processes, including month-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in construction, telecommunications, or project-based industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full month-end and year-end close process.
• Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Maintain general ledger integrity and reconcile accounts.
• Oversee payroll processing and payroll tax filings.
• Coordinate with external CPA as needed and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
