Job summary

CSuite Financial Partners is representing a rapidly growing healthcare AI automation company hiring a Senior Accounting Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role owns the entire Order-to-Cash function, from invoicing through cash application, and reports to senior leadership.

With 6–9 years of progressive accounting experience, especially in high-growth SaaS, you'll lead ASC 606 revenue recognition, oversee month-end close, and partner with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success on

Qualifications

• 6-9 years progressive accounting experience, incl. 4+ years in high-growth SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience with a usage-based billing platform (Tabs preferred; or Maxio, Chargebee, Zuora, Stripe Billing).
• Written and defended ASC 606 memos to external auditors.
• Experience managing Big4 or regional audit firms as internal audit lead.
• AI-first workflow experience to accelerate close, memo, or audit work.

Responsibilities

• Own Order-to-Cash end-to-end — invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition across Tabs, Stripe, Campfire.
• Lead the monthly revenue close (target 5 business days) with reconciliation & flux analysis.
• Own ASC 606 revenue recognition memos for usage-based revenue and related contracts.
• Lead the 2nd AICPA audit (FYE 2027) and prepare for PCAOB scoping.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and CEOs on billing decisions and pricing changes.

CSuite Financial Partners has been engaged by our client, one of the fastest-growing Healthcare AI automation developers, to place a Senior Accounting Manager with their expanding team.

The ideal candidate will bring 6-9 years of progressive accounting experience to own the entire Order-to-Cash function.

You'll be a builder who defines how revenue flows from contract signature through cash application at a company that's grown revenue 20x in 15 months and recently raised $120M at a $1.2B valuation.

What will you be doing?

• Own Order-to-Cash end-to-end — designing and operating invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition workflows across Tabs, Stripe, and Campfire
• Lead the monthly revenue close (targeting 5 business days) including three-way SFDC/Tabs/Campfire reconciliation and audit-ready flux analysis
• Own ASC 606 revenue recognition — writing technical memos for usage-based revenue, multi-element arrangements, contract modifications, and deferred commissions
• Lead the 2nd AICPA audit (FYE 2027) and prepare the organization for PCAOB scoping
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and the CEOs on billing decisions, pricing changes, and new product revenue treatment

Key Requirements

• 6-9 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 4 years at high-growth SaaS/enterprise software companies (Series B-D stage)
• Hands-on expert experience with a usage-based billing platform (Tabs strongly preferred, or Maxio, Chargebee, Zuora, Stripe Billing)
• Personally written and defended ASC 606 revenue recognition memos to external auditors
• Direct experience managing Big4 or regional audit firms as the internal audit lead
• Genuinely AI-first in workflow — already using AI tools daily to accelerate close, audit, or memo work
