We are working with the Executive team of a global manufacturing conglomerate located in New York City. Due to recent expansion, they are looking to add a Senior Accounting Manager to their organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the divisional financial closing and consolidations of the assigned division’s books in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP
• Assist in the preparation of the company's external financial statements
• Perform pre‑acquisition (or pre‑divestiture) financial due diligence and execute the post‑acquisition Implementation strategic plan
• Supervise and lead the Division Accounting staff for the assigned area; Identify resource requirements, training needs for subordinates and conducts performance evaluations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA
• Public Accounting foundation
• Corporate Accounting experience within the Manufacturing industry
• Strong Financial Reporting experience

COMPENSATION

$160,000 - $180,000 + 25% Bonus
