They are hiring a Senior Accounting Manager / Solutions Consultant to work directly with CFOs andControllers as they modernize accounting operations and adopt next-generation technology.

You'll combine strong accounting expertise with a consultative, client-facing approach to solve complex business challenges and deliver innovative solutions across ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close, GL, and accounting controls.
• Hands-on ERP experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 or Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFOs and finance leaders to map accounting operations and requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and recommend scalable accounting solutions.
• Evaluate ERP configurations and accounting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
• Help shape implementation best practices and product evolution.

• Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders to understand accounting operations, business requirements, and existing workflows
• Lead discovery sessions and recommend scalable solutions for complex accounting environments
• Evaluate ERP configurations and accounting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver successful customer solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey
• Help shape implementation best practices and contribute to product evolution

Who Tends to Be Successful in This Role

The strongest candidates typically bring a combination of technical accounting expertise, operational accounting experience, and a consultative mindset.

Core Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Mix of public accounting or consulting AND full-cycle accounting in industry
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on operational accounting experience
• Experience working in month-end close, general ledger accounting, and accounting controls
• Hands-on experience with multiple ERP systems such as: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle Fusion

Ideal Experience

• Public accounting combined with private industry experience OR
• Technical accounting consulting combined with private industry experience
• Experience working for a technology, SaaS, software, or AI company
• Client-facing implementation, solutions consulting, customer success, or advisory experience
• Comfortable leading conversations with Controllers, CFOs, and finance executives
• Experience in startup or other high-growth environments where adaptability and ownership are essential
• Curious, collaborative, and excited about helping finance organizations leverage emerging technologies
