Senior Accounting Manager

Core Responsibilities:

Leads consolidations efforts for a recently acquired company
Identification of designs improvements, planning and forecasting, reconciliations, and currency exchange analytics.
Lead monthly close activities over multiple ledgers and divisions
Leads integration of new acquisitions including work for reporting requirements, and training on reporting processes
Manages annual restatement and reporting process with operating companies
Creation of financial statements and reports, including regional financial statements
Optimize the accounting and reporting processes including driving standardization, automation and process improvement in accounting practices and development of insightful monthly reporting on a global level
Works closely with leaders in areas of business outside accounting and finance
Prepares ad hoc financial reports in a timely and accurate manner for Finance leadership.
Staying up to date of changes in SEC, US GAAP, and SOX requirements.
Support sales and property tax processes
Leads evaluating and implementing changes to improve processes within the division.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Successful applicants will have a CPA
Seven to ten years total or more required. Internships not included.
At least three years in public accounting with publicly traded, international clients
