Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage closing activities during month‑end and year‑end to ensure timely reporting.
• Analyze monthly results to identify fluctuations and variances from budget and prior periods.
• Prepare various monthly management reports.
• Collaborate with department leaders to complete the Controls Self‑Assessment survey (J‑SOX) and recommend improvements.
• Prepare monthly accruals, intercompany transactions, and other journal entries.
• Maintain operating and capital lease schedules.
• Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist in the development, planning, and evaluation of internal controls across the organization.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Support tax compliance for income tax, property tax, sales tax, excise tax, and foreign tax.
• Provide backup support to other areas within Accounting/Finance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable customer, safety, ISO/IATF 16949 QMS, and ISO14001 EMS requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Training

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA license.
• 10+ years of related accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience as a people leader and supervising direct reports.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $117,000‑$137,000, subject to geographic adjustment based on location and authorization to work outside the listed city and state.
