Our client, located in Allentown PA, is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Accounting to join their team.

Hybrid.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience required.
• CPA as well as some Big 4 experience preferred.
• Oversee the financial closing process and delivery of timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensure that all relevant transactional processes can consistently produce accurate information in support of financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Responsible for establishing a strong and sustainable environment of internal controls compliant with SOX 404 requirements.
• Collaborate closely with FP&A teams to understand variances to budget and forecast.
• Responsible for the development of accounting policy and procedures.
• Ensures a strong emphasis on appropriate revenue recognition and other complex accounting treatment areas.
• Prepares and presents financial statements and other materials as requested.
• Responsible for coordination and completion of the annual audit.
