Job summary

Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc. is seeking a senior accounting leader to oversee global accounting operations, close processes, and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.

You will manage tax compliance, ERP systems (Oracle), and coordination with external advisors and auditors. The role requires 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in leadership, plus Korean-English bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience overseeing accounting operations, financial close processes, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with tax compliance and reporting, including sales, use, and property taxes; external advisors coordination.
• Experience managing ERP systems (Oracle preferred), data integrity, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
• Korean-English bilingual proficiency is required.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop accounting teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, GL, and treasury.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements; prepare statements and reconciliations.
• Oversee tax compliance including sales, use, and property taxes; coordinate with external advisors.
• Lead ERP system maintenance, data integrity, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with auditors and external accountants on audits and filings.
• Develop policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members; drive continuous professional development.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with finance leadership.
