Job summary

Pulmuone, a global food manufacturer, seeks an experienced accounting leader to manage A/P, A/R, GL, and financial close processes in a multinational environment. The role requires Korean-English bilingual proficiency and deep GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience overseeing A/P, A/R, GL, consolidation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, general ledger, treasury, and related accounting functions.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with timely reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee cash flow management, forecasts, and working capital.
• Coordinate ERP processes, data integrity, and system improvements.
• Manage tax compliance and work with external advisers for filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and SOX team for controls and remediation.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members and drive process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain proper documentation.
