Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a skilled Corporate Accounting professional to join our finance team in the United States. You will manage the monthly close, mentor a team of accountants, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting under US GAAP.

You will review monthly journal entries, perform variance analyses, strengthen internal controls, and support policy development and M&A integration efforts. Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process and lead the accounting team.
• Review and approve monthly journal entries and variance analyses.
• Post-close, prepare timely monthly financial statements under US GAAP.
• Oversee balance sheet account reconciliation process and internal controls.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Assist with accounting and integration efforts for M&A activities.
• Assist with establishing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned by management.
