Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced accounting leader to develop and oversee a scalable accounting function within a rapidly growing environment. This position will have ownership of the month-end close, operational accounting activities, and the development of standardized processes across revenue, and operating expenses.

This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing the accounting team and improving processes while

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidation.
• Hands-on leader capable of coaching and day-to-day execution.
• Experience in healthcare or liability-based accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly close and ensure audit-ready financials.
• Maintain revenue and operating expense accuracy and completeness.
• Develop reconciliations linking results to operations.
• Improve efficiency with scalable accounting processes.
• Lead and develop Accounting Manager, AP, and staff.
• Provide oversight during external audits and require schedules.
