Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• CPA or candidate for CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce financial reports and analyze data with accuracy.
• Turn around ad hoc analyses quickly while maintaining data integrity.
• Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for analyses and reports.
• Identify improvements and follow through on solutions with management.
• Review monthly exception reporting for policy compliance.
• Support annual forecasting and budgeting process.
• Perform monthly account review and variance analysis.
• Review general ledger transactions to ensure proper recording.
• Supervise and develop staff, provide feedback, and manage workload.
