Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; active CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience; public company experience a plus.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities with strong controls.
• Lead technical accounting positions and develop accounting policies and memoranda.
• Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and supporting schedules to public company standards.
