Job summary

Greenvolt Group seeks a Senior Controller to manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US entities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. You will oversee project company accounting, intercompany, consolidation, and SAP system optimization.

You will lead a team of 4–5 accounting professionals, coordinate with external auditors, and drive internal controls and process improvements in a fast-growing renewables group with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including close & reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience a plus
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, intercompany transactions
• Experience managing external auditors, tax advisers, and outsourced accounting providers
• SAP experience, including implementation or migration
• Big Four or comparable public-accounting experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting and consolidation systems
• Strong team-management, analytical, organizational, and project-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across accounting activities
• Oversee preparation of statutory financial statements and US reporting packages for US entities
• Manage close calendar and ensure reporting deadlines are met
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy
• Develop and maintain internal controls, approval procedures, and documentation standards
• Address deficiencies and drive continuous process improvements
• Coordinate external audits and liaison with auditors
• Lead and coordinate a team of 4–5 accounting professionals
