Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA designation completed or actively pursuing preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with reconciliations and workpapers, ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform financial statement preparation and review engagements
• Assist clients with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review complex account reconciliations and schedules
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and improvements
• Research and apply accounting guidance to complex matters
• Support clients with technical accounting, reporting, and compliance needs
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Assist managers with special projects and initiatives
