Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in accounting preferred.
• Minimum four years of recent office accounting experience (AR, AP, bookkeeping preferred).
• Minimum four years of experience with accounting software preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with data prep for large customer reporting.
• Assist with project profitability data for sales, PM, and operations.
• Prepare third party invoices for specialized customer billing and track billing.
• Lead AR team with invoicing, training, and issue resolution.
• Prepare AR revenue accrual reports for month end and reconcile with customer invoicing.
• Lead AP team with vendor invoices, expense reports, and card programs; prepare month-end accruals.
• Review intracompany billings for accuracy and close PO monthly.
• Analyze project billing and utilization reports to support daily and month-end tasks.
• Process Per Diem Requests as needed; provide OCIP support for enrollment and reporting.
