Ideal candidates hold CPA/CMA preference with 5+ years in manufacturing accounting or public accounting, proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or MBA; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years accounting and financial analysis experience in manufacturing corporate or public accounting environments.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Able to communicate and influence cross-functionally at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for special projects.
• Support financial reporting, claims, audits, and external filings.
• Track costs and prepare reports for insurance claims.
• Manage special projects and deliver analyses to support business needs.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and proper classification.
• Analyze inventories, capital assets, maintenance parts, and other assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procedures and best practices.
