You will manage general ledger activities, prepare statements, and support sales tax compliance, audits, and inventory valuation in a consulting environment. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with finance leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior-level responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience preparing or supporting sales tax returns / indirect tax.
• GAAP knowledge and general ledger accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities including journal entries and month-end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and support timely filing of sales tax returns.
• Research tax discrepancies and assist with notices and audits.
• Inventory reconciliations, valuation, and cycle counts.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statements and report findings.
