Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, GAAP proficiency, and strong Excel skills. CPA or Masters in Accountancy is highly preferred; experience in health or not-for-profit sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license or Masters of Accountancy highly preferred.
• 5+ years accounting/finance experience required.
• GAAP knowledge essential.
• Not-for-profit/health industry experience a plus.
• Proficient in Excel; pivot tables a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex analyses from various data sources.
• Develop financial forecasts and assist budgeting, including cost analyses.
• Track revenue and spending for ancillary services; identify opportunities.
• Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial reports.
• Analyze accounts receivable and service line budgets for trends.
• Ensure accuracy of ledger entries and reconcile subsidiary ledgers.
