Job summary

As an Associate Director in Accounting Advisory, you will lead client delivery, manage teams, and develop junior staff while contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience spanning advisory and controllership in PE-backed portfolio companies.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems and tools listed.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting Close Support: streamline monthly close, prepare reconciliations, support tax and internal controls.
• Financial Reporting Support: SEC filing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting packs.
• Operations Support: liaise with business units, apply AI/automation to close processes and forecasting.
• Lead teams, mentor staff, and contribute to business development initiatives.
