Elliott Davis is seeking an Accounting Advisory Senior to join our team in Columbia, SC. You will drive engagements, coordinate internal and external communications, and deliver insights to clients. You will mentor associates and leverage technology to improve financial processes and reporting.

The role partners with Tax, Audit and Consulting teams to deliver comprehensive service across industries, with opportunities for career growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 3+ years of accounting advisory experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with high attention to detail.
• Dedicated to meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review financial records, schedules, ledgers and AP/AR.
• Close quarterly and year-end accounting periods including reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements for management.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in special projects and provide accounting expertise.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to build trust.
• Leverage technology to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Mentor associates and interns to support growth.
• Collaborate with Tax, Audit and Consulting teams to deliver service.
