Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Accountant with hands-on Workday Financials experience for a 6-12 month contract, hybrid in Wayne, PA. The role focuses on supporting ERP implementation and post-go-live accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience with strong GL and close experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, including GL, AP/AR, reporting, EIBs, worktags, and cost centers.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience in professional services, staffing, consulting, or another project-based environment.

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.

• Partner with FP&A and operations teams on project-based accounting and revenue-related activities.
• Support audit requests and ensure accurate financial reporting.

A growing professional services organization is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant with hands-on Workday Financials experience to support accounting operations during a major ERP implementation and post-go-live period.
