Qualifications

• 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience in operational environments.
• Experience with Work in Process (WIP) and Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across business units.
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and reporting accuracy.
