Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA, or CPA candidate, preferred.
• Seven or more years of related accounting experience.
• Experience with payroll accounting, close execution, account reconciliations, and process automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial close processes with Vendor Incentive analyses, reconciliations, and journal entries per GAAP.
• Oversee recurring accounting activities performed by offshore team members.
• Partner with Supplier Finance to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly schedules and analyses for internal management reporting and external reporting.
• Support SOX compliance, external audits, and annual budget/forecast processes.
• Participate in separation-related initiatives and process redesign efforts.
