Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a Principal Accountant, Americas Accounting, to lead US regulatory reporting, audit support, and intercompany capital transactions. You will coordinate with auditors and cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate financials across the Americas.

The role requires a BA (MA preferred), CPA, and strong US GAAP knowledge, with Excel proficiency. Hybrid schedule; base salary plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA required; MA preferred.
• CPA required; FINRA Series 99 preferred.
• Sound understanding of US GAAP and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review regulatory reporting filings.
• Oversee and coordinate stand‑alone audited financials and liaise with auditors.
• Coordinate capital transactions with intercompany finance teams.
• Provide business support and internal reporting across Investment Advisory, Admin, Broker/Dealer, and Wealth Management.
• Handle other finance requests as needed.
