Qualifications

• BA degree required; MA preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of experience; regulatory reporting familiarity.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US regulatory reporting filings and audits.
• Prepare and review stand-alone audited financials.
• Coordinate capital transactions with finance teams and auditors.
• Provide internal reporting and analysis across key business areas.
• Support and respond to regulatory requests and policy reviews.
