Qualifications

• BA/MA preferred with strong accounting background.
• 5 years preferred; industry experience.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• CPA – required.
• FINRA Series 99 preferred; Excel expertise.
• Experience coordinating audits and capital transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US regulatory reporting functions and stand‑alone financials.
• Coordinate with auditors to fulfill audit requests.
• Prepare and review regulatory filings (US FINRA, Dept of Treasury, Census, etc.).
• Coordinate capital transactions with other finance teams.
• Provide internal reporting and analyses across business areas.
