Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally starting in public accounting.
• Industry experience in construction or real estate strongly preferred.
• CPA license or progression toward CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy.
• Support budget development and variance analysis.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes.
