Job summary

ibex is seeking a Senior Accountant to own month-end close, perform detailed account reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial reporting packages. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive insightful analyses while ensuring GAAP compliance and robust internal controls.

This role reports to the Assistant Controller and supports external audit coordination. Ideal candidates bring a CPA/public accounting background with at least 7+ years in accounting, including 3+ years in public

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Business (MAcc, MBA, etc.) preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in public accounting experience, with demonstrated ability to independently manage month-end close and reporting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles (journal entries and account reconciliations).
