Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Approximately 3–15 years of Accounting or Finance experience.
• Proven ability to initiate projects and set timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of account analyses and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and provide financial/analytical support.
• Calculate month-end accruals and research issues.
• Develop complex ad hoc reports and analyses.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation and meet deadlines.
