Job summary

LHH seeks a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. You will handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while supporting month-end close and reporting. This role emphasizes process improvement and partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Review account activity and investigate variances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and accounting procedures.
• Partner with finance, legal, human resources, and operational teams on accounting-related matters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to strengthen controls and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders to ensure consistent financial processes and reporting.
