Job summary

PacBio is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead SEC reporting and ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements. You will partner with FP&A, Legal, and external auditors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4–7 years of accounting experience with strong SEC background and attention to detail. Onsite collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected to support quarterly earnings and annual filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of accounting experience with SEC reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and public company experience.

Responsibilities

• Support SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and related disclosures.
• Ensure financial statements comply with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Assist with quarterly earnings process and proxy/other filings.
• Perform technical accounting research for new standards.
