Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing quarterly and annual statements, coordinating SEC filings with Legal, and supporting FHFA reporting, XBRL filings, and process improvements with the Office of Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on data management and technology skills with spreadsheet and database tools.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with good time management.
• Experience with Workday Finance and Workiva is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes under GAAP.
• Coordinate the review of draft SEC filings with Legal and other stakeholders.
• Maintain policies and procedures manual and documentation for the reporting function.
• Coordinate FHFA Call Reports and ensure consistency with other FHLBanks.
• Provide back-up support for XBRL filings and 8-K filings as needed.
• Assist in process improvements and special SEC/GAAP accounting projects.
